I'm pretty certain this injury and the others that will follow as players are pushed harder will secure us a top 5 pick. It goes farther than that...moving Vanek I imagine will be a certainty now. Hard to call the rebuild part of it bad news. Going to be doing a lot of cringing now though I think. Horvat is so good at what he does we just take it for granted. Not mention worthy because he does it every shift... now it will be obvious how much he is worth to this team.

Damn man thats awful. The cardiac team at Royal Jubilee Hospital are amazing (if your friend is local).

Weak up the middle against one of the best lines in hockey... I'm sure this will go well Thanks Carol, Too bad about Bo but were going to see just how much he has been carrying the load with him out(Much like when Edler or Tanev get injured). At least he'll be rested for the secondhalf of the season and hopefully produce down the stretch!

I posted the Bo-less line up Tuesday night. I knew it would have kept him out next game how he went into boards and couldn't put weight on it was more then a bruise.

Anyway, I had Sven with Gagner because he is better at D then Goldy .But now I'm thinking maybe TG doesn't disturb any of the other lines clicking. Plus not having had a practice and just inserts Burmi with Goldy and BB. Plays minutes of any line according to performance and match up accordingly.

.@KevinisInGoal on DiPietro: What I worry about is that the way he's playing right now at the junior level is not going to tanslate to the NHL. I saw it at camp, pro shooters tore him up over the pads. There are elements of his game that are going to have to change. #canucks

That guy is quoting Dan Woodley the goalie insider who also told you about Luongo and hip issues negating any cap recapture problem.

Woodley in the interview went on to say that there are adjustments he can make that would take a season to work out but it would wreck his success now. That they can address later as DePietro is years away from being a pro.
